I am writing this to share my experience in CIA (Cebu International Academy).

 It is a semi-Spartan system that is not too strict. It is suitable for me. I am afraid that this school is too strict and I will not be able to overcome the inertia. In my 3rd week of studying in this school, my English level obviously improved.  In Taiwan ,we don't have chance to listen and speak in English or to practice English , but in the Philippines ,it is an English-speaking environment so you have to be bold and brave to open up. 

 

English is the second official language of the Philippines. Moreover, the English level is generally high. Whether you are on campus or off campus, you have a lot of opportunities to practice as long as you dare to speak. The teachers of the school, the staff of the restaurant and even the Grab driver can speak English as long as you are willing to speak on your own initiative. Good will is a good practice channel also. In group class such as CNN you can train your hearing by listening to the pronunciation of different nationalities of students.
