I took my first trip to the Philippines during my language study period last weekend during the holidays. At the invitation of my roommate, I went on a 2-day, 1-night group package trip to Bohol, and it was a short but enjoyable experience.

On the first day, we departed early in the morning, arrived at the Loboc River, had lunch on the cruise, and enjoyed the leisurely riverside scenery and local traditional performances. Afterwards, we saw tarsiers, the world's smallest primates, and at the end of the day, we visited the Chocolate Hills, a famous attraction in the Philippines, and enjoyed the unique natural scenery created by hundreds of hills.

On the second day, there was an activity where you could see coral reefs and marine life up close by snorkeling, but I was very disappointed that I could not do it due to personal reasons. But after that, I was able to enjoy a tour of the Virgin Islands with my friends, and I was amazed by how beautiful the scenery was.

This trip with my friends was a precious time to fully experience the beautiful nature and unique culture of the Philippines.
