I came to CIA in mid- January and was deeply impressed by our Chinese manager when he led us to visit the campus. When I am unfamiliar with the rules or need help with anything, I always get a positive response and can provide ways to help me solve the problem. He is also very kind in private and always plays basketball with us. When I wanted to change rooms, he helped me change rooms in one afternoon. There are many things in life here that we can seek his help for, and he always responds to our questions seriously and responsibly.
