On April 14th I arrived in the Philippines for the first time in my life. I was nervous, scared, and excited, but I also felt very scared because the environment was different from the one I had been in. 

However, as the first day began, I was able to easily ask questions. Thanks to the friendly Korean managers and deputy director. 

CIA was a really good language school with delicious buffet meals, comfortable dormitories, and lively teachers. 

The first week, I went out to Cebu City. I went to Ayala Mall to do some shopping and buy things I needed. After that, I went to Oslob, and it was a really, really difficult trip. We had to leave at 1 a.m., travel for 3-4 hours, and wait again at dawn. After such a long wait, we were able to go into the sea on a small boat and see whale sharks, but whale sharks only appear in the morning, so it seems that each team can't see them for more than 30 minutes. For me, who cannot swim and is afraid of water, it was just a matter of getting used to being in the water. After that, I went to Simala Church and saw the magnificent church. Along with Oslob, many people also go to Moalboal and Kawasan. But I don't recommend Oslob.
